Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
We accept returns, refunds and exchanges within 30 days from the day the Umbrella Strap has been delivered to you after your purchase. We will issue you a full refund or exchange the item if you are for any reason dissatisfied with the purchase. In case our product turns out to be faulty we offer to repair it, replace it, or provide you full refund.
How to file a claim
To repair, replace, or file a claim for full refund, you must provide us with the original purchase receipt/invoice and also send the faulty product back to us for our inspection.

The product must returned to us in the original condition (not worn out) with the original packaging.
You are responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item, however if the product is found to be defective after our inspection, you will be reimbursed.
